This morning, the moment I opened up my eyes I suddenly craved for spaghetti meatballs…I have the basic ingredients…spaghetti, tomato puree and minced meat but none of the "matsalleh’ herbs ( hahaha ) and parmesan cheese…sigh…Since I’m too lazy to go out to buy the extra ingredients so I’ve decided to proceed with the plan..
The meatballs..season the minced meat with salt and pepper in a bowl…break one egg..toss some fried chopped onions inside…since I don’t have any bread crumbs/oatmeals…I blend few pieces of crackers and mixed all ingredients well…rolls the meat into balls and fry them..I like mine to be half cooked…
The sauce..blend some garlic and onions and fry them…pour the tomato puree and let them simmer for a while…then toss the meatballs and let them cook for about 5 minutes…
Finally pour the yummylicious meatballs sauce " Amoicute style " on a plate of spaghetti ( err..don’t forget to boil your spaghetti first ok?hehehe ) and Bon Appetite…

Last weekend I spent a jolly good time with my nieces, Alia and Tasya and my only one nephew Adam. It’s such a great moment since I seldom meet them. I have 4 nieces and a nephew..All of them are really adorable and they are the apples of my eye. Love you babies so much…

Syukur alhamdulillah…On June 14th my parents finally arrived from their Umrah trip. The flight from Abu Dhabi landed in KLIA approximately at 1.45 pm but it took them almost 2 hours to get settle with their luggage and Zamzam bottles..( this is normal for those who came back from Umrah and Haji…)..I was on leave that day but unable to follow them back to my hometown since I have to work on the following day…I’m going home this Saturday..after work…and will definately have more time to ask them about their trip…

Cycle…run…walk…that’s me…with my early morning appointment…went to the gym for some exercise..wanna stay healthy..wanna stay sexy..oppss..hahaha..kidding…wanna lead to a healthier and younger life…Insyaallah…
One day a little red birdie flew to a plum tree and sat on a branch. He was so exhausted after a long journey. Up on the branch he can see the window…the window he was searching for. He then told himself…..“Yeah! This is the moment…I have waited for so long…I should do it now or never”….He was about to fly to the window when suddenly he saw another little birdie sat near the window and chirping a very beautiful song. After awhile he then saw the smile…a very happy smile…a smile that supposed to be his. Poor little red birdie. He hasn’t got the chance to tell the secret…he then flew back to where he came from….and never return to that plum tree again….
So…has that particular little birdie told you the secret yet?
Akhirnya…abah dan mama Cik Jemari selamat berangkat ke Tanah Suci Mekah untuk mengerjakan ibadah umrah setelah tertangguh hampir 10 hari…kumpulan mereka yang sepatutnya dijadualkan berangkat pada 22 May yang lepas telah selamat berangkat pada 2 Jun lalu…Pelik jugak…setiap tahun abah dan mama pergi mengerjakan ibadah umrah tak pernah pulak jadi macam ni…First sebab Visa…bila Visa dah settle..tiket penerbangan punya hal la pulak…tapi bukan kumpulan abah dan mama Cik Jemari saja yang tersadai…ramai lagi…dengar cerita kerajaan Saudi dah ketatkan undang-undang untuk buat umrah ni…
Semua yang berlaku ada hikmahnya…sehari selepas abah dan mama tak jadi berangkat tu…kitorang terima pulak satu berita sedih….kematian sepupu mama…sempat la Cik Jemari bawa abah and mama menziarah keluarga arwah di Shah Alam…Al-Fatihah…
Semalam abah Cik Jemari ada call…dalam perjalanan ke Madinah katanya…semoga abah dan mama selamat mengerjakan ibadah umrah dan mendoakan kejayaan dan kebahagiaan anak-anakmu di sini…Amin..

May 25th 2007…at 9.05pm I received a call from a lady saying that she’s waiting outside to deliver something for me….I went out and there she was…standing next to the guard house holding a very nice bouquet with a cute teddy bear tied to it. She said..Hi!..nice to see you again…it’s been a while…yeah..she knew me alright…because she always be the one who delivered those flowers,teddies and fruits for me…I’m so flattered and happy…**wink**
